DateTimePicker

A combined calendar and time spinner with explicit confirmation. Unlike TimePicker, its value is a Date | null, not a time string. Place it under Root for the popup manager.

Desktop edits remain in the popup until OK is pressed. Coarse-pointer devices use a native datetime-local input that updates immediately. The component composes local date parts; it does not select a time zone.

Use a custom formatter to display seconds. Desktop min/max checks operate on calendar days, not time-of-day, and desktop minute choices do not constrain native input. Validate those requirements before persisting the selected appointment.

Use DateTimePickerBody for inline editing or DateTimePopover for a custom trigger and confirmation callback.
